    • Residency: The child and the guardian must currently live in Anne Arundel County.
    • Loss: The child has lost a parent or guardian to an opioid overdose within the last 2 years.
    • Guardianship: You must be the current guardian of the child.
  • Note on Eligibility: Even if the parent who passed away lived outside the county, you may still be eligible if the child lives here now. Please reach out to us if you are unsure.
