Location: 122 North Langley Road, Suite A & B, Glen Burnie, MD 21060
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

Nature of Work:

Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of suicide prevention activities and supports related suicide prevention programming. Serves as the point of contact for general suicide prevention activities at the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, and as a liaison with the Maryland State Office of Suicide Prevention.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or public health from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Minimum of two years providing public health suicide prevention education and services.

Desired or Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of presenting, training, coalition work and partnering with community stakeholders.
