Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. |

Job Description
Nature of Work: Under the supervision of the Prevention Supervisor, coordinate the designated family skills program in Anne Arundel County Public Schools and other community locations, including detention centers. Supervise the work of the program facilitators and site coordinators to implement program cycles. Must have the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish. Responsible for program coordination, liaising with community organizations, purchasing and managing budgets and completing required reports and grant deliverables. Maintain fidelity to the evidence-based model. Required to have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for travel around the county. |
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, social work or related field from an accredited college or university. |
Experience: Experience in the implementation of evidence-based programs, supervision of staff, and building partnerships with external organizations. Experience in grant reporting, data collection and analysis, program budgets, and programmatic expenditures tracking and reporting. |
