International Overdose Awareness Day is a remembrance of those who have died from overdose and an acknowledgement of the grief of those left behind. Recovery Anne Arundel’s Annual IOAD Event is August 31st from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Blue Heron Center in Quiet Waters Park.
