Administrative Care Coordination (ACC) provides services to County residents who are enrolled in (or who may be eligible for) Medical Assistance and/or HealthChoice, helping them to navigate the system and access their health care benefits and local community resources. Short-term care coordination is provided as needed. The ACC also offers outreach and education to health care providers and the community.

Fax: 410-222-4150

The Ombudsman assists County residents enrolled in Medical Assistance and HealthChoice to ensure that they are receiving all of their health care benefits. The Ombudsman teaches members about their services, rights and responsibilities, and attempts to resolve disputes between the client and the MCO (Managed Care Organization) through investigation, mediation and education.
