Administrative Care Coordination (ACC) provides services to County residents who are enrolled in (or who may be eligible for) Medical Assistance(Medicaid). ACC can help you:

  • understand your Medicaid benefits and how to access services. 
  • find a primary care doctor or specialist in your MCO’s network
  • find a dentist Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program
  • connect with Medicaid transportation services
  • get your prescriptions filled

ACC can explain:

  • your MCO choices. MCO Comparison Chart
  • the health care services you can get out of network and without a referral, like prenatal care (if you already started prenatal care) and family planning services
  • your annual right to change MCOs
  • how to renew your Medicaid benefits by contacting the Anne Arundel County’s Eligibility & Enrollment Program at 443-510-7784 or through the Maryland Health Connection 
  • how to keep your information updated and how to get a new Medicaid card if your card is lost or stolen
  • your appeal and grievance rights and connect with the HealthChoice Helpline at 800-284-4510
