Maryland Responds Medical Reserve Corps Volunteer Opportunity

Did you know that you can volunteer your skills and talents to assist in the event of an emergency? During any disaster or public health emergency, we may require community, public health and medical personnel that exceed our available resources.

Community Members and Health Care Professionals Volunteer

The Maryland Responds Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is comprised of community members and health care professionals who donate their time and skills to support public health initiatives and provide assistance in emergencies. Volunteers can assist in a number of capacities including mass dispensing operations, staffing shelters and providing assistance during exercises or drills.

Maryland Responders are "Ready for Anything."

Maryland Responders are dedicated volunteers who stand ready to respond to the public health needs of our community.

Volunteering with the MD Responds MRC is a great way to utilize and improve skills, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in disaster preparedness and response.
