Department of Health Seeks Grant Applications for Technical Assistance, Consultation and Certification of Recovery Residences

The Anne Arundel County Department of Health Bureau of Behavioral Health is seeking the services of a consultant, consulting firm, organization or entity to provide technical assistance, consultation and training on the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) Quality Standards Version 3.0 to a team of Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) field assessors, recovery residence providers and identified key stakeholders in the Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS). The grants will be awarded through a competitive process.

The successful applicant will design, prepare and deliver a customized, Maryland-specific training curriculum based on the NARR Quality Standards Version 3.0 for owners and operators of currently certified recovery residences and comply with the conditions of the award, as described in the Notice for Funding Available (NOFA).
