1 pear, peeled, cored, cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup pasteurized egg substitute
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- Large pinch cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes, cracked
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds. Serve.
