Salary: $15.00 per hour
The Systems Training, Education and Prevention Program Office Secretary provides and coordinates support services for the STEPS Program Manager. This position performs secretarial support including typing, filing, answering phones, designing and utilizing spreadsheets and data entry using an Access Database. Must be able to function independently in performing a variety of complex secretarial and customer service related duties.
Education: Graduated from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: At least two years performing secretarial or clerical work involving typing duties.
1. Additional secretarial or clerical experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
2. Thirty credit hours with a major in secretarial science or office technology from an accredited college may be substituted at the rate of 30 credits for one year of experience for up to two years of the required experience.
