| Salary: $60,000-$70,000, based on license and experience |

Job Description
| Nature of Work:
Provide clinical behavioral health services to children, adolescents and their families in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, ages 4 to 18, as well as, family and group therapy. If clinically indicated and part of the treatment plan, may conduct urine drug screens for adolescents. Duties also include timely and accurate documentation of clinic contact and coordination with outside service providers and schools. Participation in clinic team meetings and some evening hours are required. Positive, trauma-informed work environment. |
Minimum Qualifications
| Education: Master’s degree in behavioral health field from an accredited college or university. |
| Experience:
Demonstrated experience and interest in rendering clinical services to children, adolescents and families in a mental health or co-occurring treatment setting. Knowledge of play therapy and trauma-focused work is a plus. |
| License or Certification:
Licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; LMFT, LGPC or LMSW may also apply. |
