Bring something different to your next potluck. Try these BBQ lentils instead of baked beans.
- 12 ounces prepared barbeque sauce
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 pound dry brown lentils*
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
