Baked Chicken

Baked ChickenServe with a medium baked potato and steamed broccoli for a full meal.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Salt (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the chicken and place in a baking pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour.
