The Anne Arundel County Department of Health’s free drive-through COVID-19 testing clinics for Anne Arundel County residents, first responders and healthcare workers will be held weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Department of Health Annex Building, 1 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
There are a limited number of test kits, and appointments are preferred. Symptoms are not required for testing. No doctor’s note is needed. People with insurance should bring their insurance cards. Results from the drive-through tests are available within five to seven days.
To make an appointment, individuals can call the COVID-19 Health Line at 410-222-7256 for assessment and test scheduling.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, it is best to be tested within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms. Individuals with severe difficulty breathing should immediately call their primary care provider or 9-1-1.
Test results are usually available within five to seven days.
