HIV/AIDS Reporting Act

The Maryland HIV/AIDS Reporting Act was recently signed into law by Governor Martin O'Malley and, effective April 24, 2007, requires that physicians report by name any patient with a diagnosis of HIV or AIDS and any infant with prenatal HIV exposure.
