Are You Uninsured?

The Anne Arundel County Department of Health links low-income adults ages 19 - 64 to health care in Anne Arundel County.

If you are an Anne Arundel County resident and you are not insured through an employer, see links below or call 410-222-4531 to ask about the following programs:

  • Enroll in the REACH Program and pay a reduced fee for primary care providers, specialists, dental services, lab tests and X-rays.
  • Enroll in the Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program and pay a low monthly premium for up to a maximum of 3 years. Individuals or families can enroll.
  • Enroll in the Prescription Discount Program and save an average of 25 percent on prescription medications, as well as discounts on vision care, hearing care and diabetes care and supplies.*

Applicants to REACH must provide proof of residence in Anne Arundel County and current income (tax forms or paycheck stubs).

*The Prescription Discount Program is open to all County residents and has no income requirements or age restrictions.

Free Breast Exams, Mammograms and Pap Tests for County residents who are 40 and older, uninsured or have insurance that does not cover mammograms or Pap tests, and income eligible. See Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
