The Anne Arundel County Department of Health links low-income adults ages 19 - 64 to health care in Anne Arundel County. Applicants to REACH must provide proof of residence in Anne Arundel County and current income (tax forms or paycheck stubs). *The Prescription Discount Program is open to all County residents and has no income requirements or age restrictions.Free Breast Exams, Mammograms and Pap Tests for County residents who are 40 and older, uninsured or have insurance that does not cover mammograms or Pap tests, and income eligible.
