The Public Information Office is responsible for local public health emergency communications, proactive and reactive media relations, special events and publications for the department. The office also includes Web Administration Services and is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the department's website www.aahealth.org, the Smoking Stinks website www.smokingstinks-aaco.org and Web-based interactive communications with School Health nurses.
