Family Fitness Challenge is a Learn To Live Program of the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. It is designed to encourage everyone to get moving and eat more fruits and vegetables. The program is 6 weeks long. You can log in and start at any time. Your physical activity and the number of servings of fruits and vegetables that you eat each day are recorded on a log sheet. You can register online and record your progress online or you can download and print a complete Family Fitness packet.

Tennis balls are fuzzy to help increase the wind resistance, which slows down the ball and helps the players to volley (hit the ball back and forth without stopping) longer. Without it, the ball would fly off the court after every serve!
