The Anne Arundel County Department of Health's Reproductive Health Program provides services to young men up to 24 years of age through the Men's Health Connection.

If you have not had a physical examination, if you have questions or concerns about your health or sexually transmitted diseases, or if you need a sports physical, the Men's Health Connection can provide these services in a comfortable and confidential setting.

Services include:

• Physical examinations
• High school sports physicals
• Evaluation and/or treatment for sexually transmitted diseases
• Confidential HIV counseling and testing
• Assistance with accessing community resources for job opportunities, GED classes and additional health care services
• Health educators to discuss topics such as decision making, relationship responsibilities and developing self-esteem

Fees for services are on a sliding scale based on family income. Medical Assistance and participating insurance plans are accepted.
