Administrative Care Coordination Updated 12.1.03 Phone: 410-222-7541 The Administrative Care Coordination program provides outreach, education and Coordination of Care for residents of the county enrolled in HealthChoice, to health care providers and to community groups and organizations. The lead case management programs, Children's Medical Services, home birth certificate registration and the SID's programs are provided through this program.

The Ombudsman Program is the HealthChoice help line for county residents enrolled in the Maryland Medical Assistance Managed Care program. The Ombudsman investigates complaints, advocates for residents, manages disputes and mediates fair settlements between aggrieved parties.
