Salary: $28.25 per hour

Hours: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Job Description

Nature of Work: To coordinate and ensure accurate administration of buprenorphine to opioid addicted patients at an Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment Program under the guidance of the Medical Director. Document medication administered and medical information in patient record by end of shift. Follow U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Maryland Behavioral Health Administration, Anne Arundel County Department of Health and Adult Addiction rules and regulations. Community outreach and continuing care physician education and recruitment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.

Experience: None

Notes:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience as a registered nurse may be substituted for the required education.
  • Two years of experience as a registered nurse may be substituted for the required education.

License: Candidates for this position must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
